Orders & Shipping

1.1. **Order Placement**: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.

1.2. **Payment**: Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via credit/debit card or EFT if your order is placed via email.

1.3. **Order Confirmation**: Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirmation with details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

1.4. **Shipping**: We offer shipping to addresses within South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

1.5. **International Orders**: We are currently not able to accept international orders.

1.6. **Lost or Damaged Packages**: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

2.1. **Return Policy**: We only accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective or broken. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

2.2. **Return Process**: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) if eligible.

2.3. **Refunds**: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.2. **Materials**: We use high-quality materials in our products, including food grade silicone beads, wooden beads, stainless steel on clips, macrame and nylon cord. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific details.
